Of course! And you can expect to see your story in the next newsletter. Its events like yours which make this challenge worth it! And looking at your total, that would pretty much give you the bronze in the bag!

Wow, great! In that case I will update my total only when it hits the bank. I will probably aim from Silver after that.

Well done boomdocker :T - I think unexpected bonuses definitely count. I had one this week - not as impressive as yours - £87 extra payment for some overtime work I did. :j But has helped keep my total up in a week where I had no internet connection and therefore very little MB profits!!

With regard to those who have not yet submitted any totals, do you think that after a certain amount of time, if WOA hasn't heard anything from them, they should be taken out of the challenge? Sorry if that sounds harsh, but I don't think there's much point including them week after week if they are not actually doing anything. Thoughts?

off to watch man city (the best) thrash preston (where i live)

    "blue mooooooon"
If we can put a man on the moon...how come we cant put them all there?

  • With regards to moxies post, I thought I was the only one who thought that! didnt want to say though

perhaps we should set a time limit although it would have to be over a month as some people have said they will be submitting their totals once a month.

even if people are taken out Im sure they could be added back in again, what do you think?
finally debt free and want to keep it that way!!
  • also perhaps a quick pm/email to woa if you were to drop out would be nice, we dont necessarily need details of why or whatever

    Hi

Well, after seeing the successes in the newsletter, I've taken the plunge and listed some truely awful lights on Ebay (and writing out the descriptions now) as well as some fireplaces, which are collection only or buyer sorts out courier!! I know - lazy, but i just can't be sorting it all. Wish me luck and I hope someone likes, erm, 'retro' lights!! There'll be on the code bit in the next 1/2 hr.

    sea xx

well scrap that - have just been told i can't list them yet as sis in law still needs them!!(she is renovating a house she's just bought and hasn't got replacements yet!!) The fireplaces are still up though. Fingers crossed!

  • i don't pm/ email my total if it remains the same (but that has only been two weeks in a row)

not everyone has a reliable internet connection but once a month should be a minimum for updating Wings with the total (even if it is to say no change)

so without wanting to sound harsh the peeps who joined at the start and haven't posted their totals yet should be taken off the list
Debt of £6300 cleared in 5 years, now ZERO
  • I agree - if people have not given even one update since the start they should be taken off. Wings has sent everyone a PM, so it is not like we are doing it in a sneeky way!
