Wings, thanks once again for the newsletter and the time it must take for you to PM, collate, post etc. You are a star.
With regards to the above post you are right that the target is a bit skewed as some of us have not fed back or indeed may not be participating any more. However, being the glass half full kinda girl that I am we should all have a good look at the actual figure to date and be mighty proud..........£30,000.!!! :T :T
I mean who would have thought that just a few weeks in we would have figures like that eh? It sounds corny I know but I am not doing anything particularly new still just ebay, amazon, savings jar etc but now because of the power of this thread I now make every effort to save every penny raised rather than just squander it like I did before on the tat that I am now ebayyingIt wasn't all tat but it wasn't all essential but you get my drift.
The figures you give us are great to read. Imagine where we will all be in the next few weeks and months. :beer:Boots Card - £17.53, Nectar Points - £15.06 - *Saving for Chrimbo*2015 Savings Fund - £2575.000 -

That's true, we might have had people who've given up
I'm behind but I think with the aid of matched bets it's easier to increase targets quickerNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
My total has actually gone up at bit this week, thanks to Paypal
Next weekend to be on target
Bronze should have reached £271.11
Silver should have reached £540.33
Gold should have reached £807.66
Good luck everyoneDebt of £6300 cleared in 5 years, now ZERO0 -
There was a discussion in here somewhere about checking all old accounts for points, cash etc that we may have forgotten about. I read that several people found bits in forgotten accounts. If you havent done it yet make sure you do check you have nothing to lose.
Well I checked at work and found I have some shares that I had forgotten about that were issued to me in 1999! Well after checking the price and the small print I have sold them and should end up with around £700 which for me is a massive unexpected bonus.
I would never have thought to even look without this challenge. :T
Would this be OK to add to my total and then I may raise my target to Silver?Boots Card - £17.53, Nectar Points - £15.06 - *Saving for Chrimbo*2015 Savings Fund - £2575.000 -
Of course! And you can expect to see your story in the next newsletter. Its events like yours which make this challenge worth it!
And looking at your total, that would pretty much give you the bronze in the bag!0 -
