That is fab news - presumably this is 2 months income? If so, I would guess that it is after tax etc.

Hiya. Yes lots of unknowns: is it one month's pay or two? is tax deducted? etc etc
Still, its a good feeling that OH is earning again. And even apart from the pay, the work is doing him a lot of good by making him feel stimulated and valued.

Success - I showed him the list of bills totalling £982.50. As he does not have a cheque book he agreed to transfer £1000 into my account.
I just wish I'd included the mortgage and big loan payment on the list.
