    :) That's lovely!

Are you starting work soon? I'm now on the 7th section and am completely stuck! It's on wider professional effectiveness - school development and my final section is professional characteristics! Arghh!

Feel it's going to be a long night....

Sea, that sounds ghastly, I wouldn't begin to know what to write.

I've still got to wrestle the kids into bed, something I'm hopeless at, they just ignore me! But I hope to start work by nine so I expect I'll see you later.

See you then!:) I am still stuck, so am just re-reading what I've written so far, which actually is making me feel even worse!

I still have written NOTHING for these 2 sections.

    Hello! I'm here!

How are you getting on with those sections? They do sound tricky. But think about the full-time paid maternity leave.... that should fuel you through it.

Do say if I could help at all. I don't know about the education stuff but I could give a second opinion about whether what you've written is clear, concise etc.

I'm settling down for a very dull job moving files around the back end of a website so would be more than happy to have a distraction!

    We'll get there.

That does sound dull but necessary! :) And at least we're both doing something for a reason!

Thanks for the offer - I may well take you up on that shortly.

I've hashed something together for the first bit but you really have to sing your own praises about what an amazing teacher you are in the professional characteristics section and I'm finding it really hard!!

would doing a brainstorm help sea? you know the one where you do the bubble in the middle with the key word and spiders legs leading to each thought you have?
If not go make a cuppa tea and walk away from it for five minutes. Used to have to write self appraisals for my old career, was horrendous!! Good luck!!

    Hello pania

Those mice are pesky little critters.... escaping... fighting.... don't get me started.

Sea, keep with it... just get something down for the last section and go to bed even if you're not happy with it. You can perfect it tomorrow when you add the statistics.

I'm not going to stay up much longer, I've composed a very efficient email to my client but not done much actual work. I'm knackered after my early start this morning.
