£11 is good!!
I have listed three things on Amazon........I felt guilty reading about everyone else's effortsSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Good luck with the work and for e-bay xx0

Seaxwyn, I hope you get some really high bids! My BIL taught me how to bidy on ebay - if I *do* buy anything, I never place a bid till the last 3 minutes, with two windows open, I never do this stuff of putting a bid on and letting it ride. Hopefully some of your watchers will be intending to bid like that. Here's rooting for £100.
EDIT: oh, and as for learning priorities....I could have done a matched bet today that was half the work of getting a minimum of £20 or so in my account. What did I do instead? I went for an eye test for 100 Clubcard points. Sigh.....

Hi there. Karma I hope there will be a bidding frenzy in the final three minutes of our auctions - about half an hour to go and bids currently total £56.39...
I'm waiting for OH to give me the photos to put 5 more things up. He is very precious about photos and takes ages adjusting the light levels etc etc to show up our tawdry items in the best light. He's taking ages and the end of free listing day is ticking ever closer.Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -

Great, one of the buyers is paying cash. Does anyone know what the threshold is for withdrawing money from Paypal without fees?Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620

I think the paypal threshold is £50, otherwise it costs 25p to withdraw.
That was an excellent result on ebay! Did you manage to get anything else listed?
I got very excited because a DVD I put on Amazon on Saturday and which sold yesterday.....until I realised it was one of DDs and she had bought it with her birthday money so I felt that she should have the proceeds.......shame, because it is £20!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. I only listed one more thing after all that fuss! It was all OH's techy stuff and he was flapping around testing things, deciding which bits to sell together and which separately, and I just lost the will to continue and went to bed. We'll just have to pay 10p to list it when he's ready! I'm still pleased that he has sorted out some of his clutter though.
Now I have the problem of how to pack a large salad spinner.
