Happy New Year Everyone!
Thanks for all the warm welcomes yesterday, I am looking forward to becoming OS this year.
My plans for today are ironing, over 4 overflowing baskets to do, and sort out the front bedroom. It's a frightening place to enter at the moment, I discovered a suitcase in there the other day that still contains our clothes from our holiday in September  (clean clothes though, I promise.)
Early evening though, I plan on spending time working on a hobby. I used to love knitting and doing embroidery and patchwork when I was younger, but over the last few years I have been too lazy and spent time just watching the box aimlessly, rather than making the effort to do something for myself. DH and I have cancelled Sky effective from today, so that will help me in my New Year's quest. I have been reading the thread on OS hobbies which has given me lots of ideas, I just have to decide which one to make a start on ....
Our computer hard-drive has been making lots of horrible noises lately, so if I don't appear on this thread again in the near future it will be because our computer has crashed, and not because I've fallen off the OS wagon, promise!
Have a good day today.

All the best for 2007! health wealth and happiness for you all.
today will crack on with my studying. some housework needing done but ms dogrose has taken residence on the couch. at least she has stopped being sick but dont feel a huge vaccuming session will help her recovery
having steak pie later and the left over roast beef on sandwiches for lunch. the beef came out beautifully in the slow cooker. made soup yesterday (own recipelots of veggies and a pack of bacon off cuts from asda - makes a huge pot of soup but its almost all gone!) so will have some of that too. made it to tempt ms dogrose and she did manage two half bowls during the day without throwing up.
