    How to deal with British Gas? Buy a woodburner and vote for whichever bunch of political parasites will build nuclear power stations.

    Maybe it is now - never used to be...so they must be trying to flog new boilers, boiler servicing, etc etc...split hairs if you must

    No real suprise to me - we once had gas/electric through british gas......never again!! It wasn't just that they made major mistakes, it was the way they dealt with our enquiries and finally our complaint - rude, aggressive (at one point a supervisor actually shouted at us over the phone!) and incompetant.
