    A customer used to be entitled to 250 quid if either of their energy accounts was transferred erroneously. I don`t know if this is still the case.

    That is what he CLAIMS to have said.
    I had one knocking on my doors years ago and he lied through his teeth with a straight face, claiming that BG were much cheaper than the rest because they didn't charge vat.:mad:

    They should be made to take that £2.5 million off the dividends they pay out to shareholders..

    That would ruffle a few feathers
