    They lie, they cheat, they rip you off
    They threatened to break into my house to disconnect, because I refused to pay an estimate that was nearly £1000 to high. I had to call the police to stop them, and the complaint was never dealt with.

    The fine should be directed at the CEO then perhaps if someone was personally hit things might change. £2.5M is a drop in the ocean and just another corporate operating cost.

    I've always wondered, when this happens, who gets the money when these companies are fined?

    Also, surely we, the customers, will end up footing the bill for the fine ultimately?

    Anyone know?

    Is the second fine for BG Business?

    If BG cop a 2.5m fine for mishandling complaints, SSE must be bracing themselves knowing that their fine is looming because of the county court conviction for misselling.

    The first was for BG Business.. my question is whether this if for Bg Business as well.

    The second one is also for BG Business. It does seem like you don't want to be supplied by BG if you're a company at the moment, but the residential side is doing fine.
