I wouldn't bother complaining about the lack of UK guests there, but def complain about dirty rooms.

I thought the comment about who are they talking about a bit odd, don't bring it up with the TA, it makes you sound paranoid.

To be honest I did'nt check with it but will check in future, My main complaint is about the dirtyness of the rooms I was trying to post a few pictures on here does anyone know a website I can upload my pictures onto with URL

It maybe does but I also had a comment when I went for a turkish spa the chap tried to double charge me in Lira, then he said he prefer to give my child 10year a turkish spa for free..... so definatley not paranoid total lack of respect for there guest.

Yes the massage comment was disturbing, but it was a different man, so you can't assume the 2 men on arrival were talking about you, it makes you sound paranoid & the TA won't take you seriously.

Whats the name of the hotel?

Because many people do not mind, I have been in hotels where my party is the only British one or we are in the minority and it hasn't been an issue.

As I've said before, don't bring up the 'foreigner' argument in your complaint letter - you will not be taken seriously. You need to stick to clear, unemotional facts - the room was dirty, these things were promised but were not available - give the TA a set period of time 14-30 days or so to provide compensation.

let them go on holiday with there 10 yrs old child and be subjected to what we were after being a substantial amount of money!!! People forget you need to work very hard all year it's so ditressful when people are so ignorant Thanks :A

As I said I haven't went on about the problem with foreigner's it's about the services from TC and the filfthy accomodation we were subjected to on several times to pay for 4/5* do be offered a downgrade 3* with no compensation which was just as bad accomodation if not worse what was the point Thanks for your comments:):):T

the Antalya region of Turkey does attract a very high proportion of Russian visitors, therefore in this area entertainment etc is geared towards them in some hotel. This will have caused the problems with the entertainment and kids clubs, when recruiting staff they will have tried to find those that speak the main language spoken by their visitors.

I have found that around the Bodrum and Dalaman airport resorts most hotels cater for UK and Turkish tourists

i have found that a 4*hotel in Turkey is very different to a 4* hotel in the Canary Islands for example, however there is no need for the hotels to ever be filthy and think that this is the main basis for your complaint.

I am sorry that you didnt enjoy your holiday and hope that you get some compensation for the filthy room

I'm afraid that it's you that's being unreasonable. Many of us would be appalled if we went abroad and found the hotel to be full of Brits and the entertainment was in English.

I don't agree that most people would want to sit watching entertainment night in night out that they couldn't fully comprehend. Where is the fun in that?
