Yes but it does - depending on how hard skinned you are. Some on here are so hard skinned it would take a crocodile to get through to them but others are not so.

I'm really sorry to hear that your holiday was completely the opposite of what you expected. As others have mentioned, I think that it is very difficult to get Travel Agents to admit fault, but if you stick at it you hopefully will have some luck, after all the squeaky wheel gets the oil!

I really hope that you get some form of compensation and that you are able to treat your daughter to a fantastic holiday somewhere more suitable next year.

Yeah it did say english entertainment, I took this up with REP and her words to me and the other family in the hotel was "I don't believe they are not giving you english entertainment" so what chance did we have when we told her we sat for 2/3 hrs watching it

Where does it say English entertainment? It's certainly not something that TC would put in their brochure.

You need to have the pictures online somewhere as the insert image tab on here only supports url images.

Are you a travel agent???? To be fair my gripes not with entertainment all to do with the service TC provided us with and the conditions me & my child were put in!!!!:)

I'd leave that out of your complaint then. Concentrate on the standard of the rooms etc.

Did you check Trip Advisor before you went?

I wouldn't bother complaining about the lack of UK guests there, but def complain about dirty rooms.

I thought the comment about who are they talking about a bit odd, don't bring it up with the TA, it makes you sound paranoid.

I have Mick..... soz thought you were think other quotes on here have been from TA! The actual complaint letter is about the mistreatment from start to finish a most of all the poor and filthy accommodation me & my daughter were put into how unsafe we felt my complaint mainly is what I have focused on just so disappointed. But why are TC selling a holiday to British people when it's dominantly Russian/German it does help having kids from your own country especially when you have a child to keep happy someone posted pictures are hotel all that are printed in the brochures "most of the time .... Never and this hotel certainly gets a major thumbs down" as false advertising!!! Been there in the flesh
