Ok so my flying sort of fell flat yesterday. I had a friend move in.
I had just sorted my house out after moving in just over a month ago, absolutely blitzed it at the wend and just sorted out the spare/room study when..... call from a friend in need of a room. Me being lovely :A says yes ok move in. Thank goodness i had cleaned etc as it made it all so much easier! But now everything that was in there is piled in my room  It did mean i didnt get to do yeaterdays tasks so for today:
Moggins list:
Bathroom/toilet - Scrub sink, wash down tiles, clean bath, polish taps, empty bins, wipe down radiators, clean mirrors, clean floors. Clean toilet, wipe down flush box and disinfect handle.
I cleaned the bathroom along with everything on Saturday so its a quick go over tonightDone!
Sort that airing cupboard. OK so you dont ask much. The airing cupboad is also the understairs cupboard next to my downstairs bathroom. Everything is in there, and i mean everything. Its an extension of my kitchen, loft, understairs cupboard and airing cuboard in 1! This is going to be a long job!
Done! I found 6 spare towels (thats after i kept another 4 sets, and one for the cat!
Also need to:
Clean out 1 cupboard in kitchen - i know which one its the one i might be able to fit some airingcupboard stuff in!!Done!
Washing on.Ok so i did this one this am
Strip bed.This too!
I must say im loving this. I didnt need to do a mad panic clean coz someone was coming over, and they even said they never saw my house so clean and tidy.
Thank everyone and happy flying!0 -

I use little pots (small tupplewear containers) filled with salt in the upstairs room to collect excess moisture from the air as otherwise I have a major mould problem.Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

rach wrote:just think now you've done it, if you stick to the lists it'll never be that bad again
But I'm lazy my nature!!!!!! lol.. I just keep trying to convince myself that next time it won't be so bad because it will be half done already.. Oh.. AND I have persuaded DH to tile the upper half (it is bare wood panels at the moment so a pig to clean down.. yet filthy) to it will be easy to wipe over once in a while.. cream I think..
(Moggins.. don't be offended I only hate you today lol.. but please can we have something less demanding tomorrow?? lol)
I took DD5 to playgroup this afternoon and the other mums asked what I had been doing this morning as I smelled of bleach lol.. when I told them I had cleaned the bathroom, the loo and half the kitchen they thought I had gone mad.. They asked how I was coping with just DD5 at home all day as the next one up is now full time at nursery and when I said I was bored.. they said they could tell as I had done some housework.. they know me too well!!!
Bin day tomorrow so I need to get the bins out and the extra 6 binbags in the hope the binmen will take them all.. I may be able to sneak some in the neighbours bins though.. if I get up early enough.. the binmen come at 7 am!!
Right.. dinner for the children NOW and they can go to bed super early because I am sick of hearing the younger 3 whinging!

As I slowly emerge from the duvet cocoon where I've been all week with a sinus infection, I can see that I have gotten just a *bit* behind on the housework.
So I won't be joining in the group task for the day, but I will try and tidy up the lounge--particularly the area around the sofa where I was hibernating all week.Hi, I'm Mich

hi everyone, dailies all done just got to mop kitchen floor prefer to do that when kids are in bed.managed to get through a box of paper work last night with ohs help . will be attempting more tonight.
bathroom still shining from last week so just needed a quick wipe but and this is a big but we have a shower room downstairs its pretty big as it was built for wheelchair access the shower has not worked for a while waiting to buy a new one so the shower part is a dumping ground kids toys , coats all sorts.plus thats where the dog lives at night and when i have to go out so all the dogs things are in there as well so spent almost all day washing down the tiles and floor was so bad (i mean it gets a mop down everday )but it needed a really good scrubing had to use a scrubbing brush and bleach it was so bad.
I cheated with the airing cupboard as oldest dd had been asked to put a cover on her duvet so in a huff she tipped everything on the floor in temper so she also got the job of folding and putting everything back neatly .so while she was doing that i emptyed a cleaned and sorted the draws out in kitchen.0 -
