I've done my bathroom and toilet this morning (soaked the bath with biological powder for a couple of hours and I've just been up and emptied and cleaned it). I blitzed the airing cupboard last year and I've been careful to put things away properly ever since so it's still tidy.

I've dusted and vacuumed all the bedrooms and downstairs too. Prepared stuff for lunch to be cooked in a while.

Done a lot really. So why do I feel so fed up? The sun is even out so I should feel better.

Oh, and I've done a load of washing but that counts for every day really. I never get a day without washing.

I cleaned the back door and doorstep where the dog has walked through with her muddy feet (it's so muddy out, nightmare). It's muddy again now :( I clean her feet with an old towel every time she goes out but I never seem to be able to get it all off.

Moggins... may I hate you please??

I made a start on the bathroom.. I just tipped harpic on everything and scrubbed it all down.. everything looks lovely in there now.. then I went into the loo... I spent 2 bloody hours in there!!!!!!!!!!!! The window is clean, the walls are stripped and scrubbed, the loo itself is actually white.. outside as well as in!! The floor.. OMG.. the floor.. is.. WHITE!!!!!!!! I even scraped the splatted moth off the window which has been there for about months.

I am offically the piggiest pig here.. the floor was so dirty I had to tip neat bleach on it to get rid of the filth!!!!! THEN scrub with with a pan scrubby things.. *shame*

I missed doing then last time round because DH was tiling the bathroom.. but I don't do them anyway.. but looking at the dirt.. I am surprised we don't all have dysentry!

The toilet is literally 4ft 6 x 3ft.. smaller than a single bed.. and it took 2 hours!!!!!!!!!!!

So, For making me work that hard for that long I hate you! .. ok??

(Can we have something nice and simple tomorrow please because I can't cope with all this hard work!)

My house has never looked tidier. Thank you so much Moggins for listing the tasks everyday. If I finish the days jobs early I am officially very sad as I actually look round for something else to do. Must sit down and study for a bit later but until then just off to check the bathroom is still spotless (think it will be as i'm the only one in and i'm banning everyone from using it after school). Have a fun day xx

Exactly! Well put rach! My morning has been a little distracted as next door got broken into so we have been putting alarms all over the house, and as the sun was shining I popped into town to spend my WH Smith voucher but still loads of time left and DH is off to work soon so I can really get down to work. I'm really an evening cleaner. I love doing everything when everyone else is tucked up in bed but I do force myself to get going in the mornings.

I've done nothing since I was last here except sort out the majority of my bookmarks (lots of sites no longer exist or I'm no longer interested in them :o:rotfl: ) and filed papers. Washing machine has just finished its second load so I'm off to put that out in the bedrooms as it keeps raining/sleeting/snowing here
