I would do more but I'm on orders not to do anything as I've hurt my hand  For some reason the area between my thumb and wrist along the bone on my right hand is swollen, hard and bruised but I have no idea how it's happened.:o Gripping anything hurts, so is typing but not as much. I might go to bed early and rest it. Especially as I did't get to bed until gone middnight last night :o I knew I wouldn't get there by 10.30 :rotfl: Then again I may stay up and play my Sudoku game.

I've written my list out for tomorrow so I'm already to go once Moggins list has been added to it. :D

  • I haven't really managed anything today! Oh dear.

Moggins - Thanks for the offer re: nurseries. I have decided to go with the Bupa nursery I saw today! Blimey it was a walk and a half to get there though - and in the pouring rain! I was wheezing and sweating by the time I arrived (kids were bone dry and sleeping of course) and I was soaked from head to toe! If i'm going to be doing that walk twice a week then the baby pounds will just be falling off me!

I'm now about to clean up the tornado style mess left by dd1 and then i'll be gettin on with 'the list'.

Pink you're like me, catch up on the evenings. I am sure you have done a lot more than you give yourself credit for !

With regards to nurseries, I wish I lived in Blackpool, had a look around this one last year as it was an open day when we were there http://www.blackpoolzoo.org.uk/pages/nursery/ how fab!

Anyway, got that crafts stuff reorganised, cleared a shelf in the back hall, I recycled my old letter sorter which was the 8 compartment cardboard thing into a crafts storage thing overflowing, card in one, coloured paper, plain, stickers, glittery things, natural things etc etc in there, then a box full of paints, if the little tike dares ask for more paints ever!!!! Sorted the rest into boxes, bags and things, downside is there is now glitter and shiney things all over the floor!! Plus side is I now have my kitchen bench back! But I have to clean the floors anyway, just going to put DS1 to bed then crack on with the last wipe of the benches and the floors.
One day I might be more organised...........

    I HATE IT!!!

i'm sitting at my desk, i know i should file, it makes the whole office look a mess, but i can't make myself....anyone give me akick up the backside?

anyone have a good system that actually works???

I have a drawer that I put any paperwork in, and when it is full, I bring the filing cabinet into the living room and put a good film on and do it then. I find it gets done without me hardly noticing I'm doing it!:D

    Wednesdays work whizz

    Do dailies

    Todays rooms are: Bathroom/toilet

Scrub sink, wash down tiles, clean bath, polish taps, empty bins, wipe down radiators, clean mirrors, clean floors. Clean toilet, wipe down flush box and disinfect handle.

That lot shouldn't take you more than an hour so I am chucking in an extra one! Sort that airing cupboard. Throw away any towels that are only fit for drying the dog (or reserve a cupboard for dog drying towels) check all bedlinen for thin patches and make notes to replace at end of month. Pair up all duvets and pillowcases. What I do is fold the duvet, place inside the pillow case then fold that over, that way all bed linen is instantly usable without having to do a hunt for matching sets.

    scaredycat thanks for asking!

Obs was scary as always but good feedback. My last one didn't go so well and was in front of the head so the expectations were high! I'm just glad it's over. Next one isn't till Easter ish.

Now I just have to prepare for INSPIRE on Thursday when the parents all come in and watch me work with their children and then they work with their children to make some resources they can use with their children at home.
Wandered away from the MSE track for a while but am back and on a mission! Debts cleared nearly £18k. Now to start saving ...

Spend some time sorting in the garage ~ have decided this will be my project for the next little while. It is full of stuff left over from moving house a few months ago. I went through three boxes this afternoon, so that's a good start! Off to spend an hour or so out there now :)

    Hi everyone,

Glad to be back. I banned myself from MSE on Friday until I finished my assignments. They're done now and I'm really pleased wth my willpower at keeping away from the forums. have a lot of heavy duty catching up to do now.

The house has suffered as well although I've kept up with the bathroom pretty much and I'm just going to have a fly around the kitchen before bed.

Will definitiely try to sort the towels and sheets tomorrow - thanks Moggins.
