Morning all - sorry I didn't post the mission statement yesterday but the site just said down for 4 - 6 hours and I needed my bed.
Todays mission statement is the bathroom and toilet, a good throrough clean including those tiles, bathroom mirror and get rid of any out of date medicines in the cabinet. For those of you who got ahead of yourself yesterday the task is to tackle at least one kitchen cupboard today. Sort it out, tidy and get rid of anything you haven't used in the last year!
Plus 30 mins of paperwork
and tackle those hotspots.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

rach wrote:another thought - i'm not sure i want to be putting bleach down the drain every day as its not good for the environment. i'm sure cleaning it with jif or stardrops will do the same job!
rach you should only need to do this once not every day as once it's done it's easy to keep it clean and shiny with a good wipe round and drying it afterwards. The bleaching etc is only for a really dirty sink.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work0 -
Okay my livingroom looks like a paper-recycling plant at the minute :rotfl: I was so engrossed last night in sorting out the papers that OH was home before I noticed his message via MSN to say he was leaving and considering it takes 40+ minutes for him to drive home ...:o So my plan today is to tackle the paperwork piles in 1hour sessions. 15 minutes won't make a big enough dent to clear it today and its mostly scanning & shredding to do anyway
Besides the paperwork, my list looks like this :- BBDK (aka Beds, bathroom, dishes, kitchen dailies)
- Livingroom
- Tidy
- Dust
- Hoover
- Mop
- Hall / stairs / landing
- Dust
- De-mould
- Hoover
- Wash down paintwork with stardrops
- 2 cupboards : kitchen or shall I count this as me doing my filing cabinet
- Kitchen
- Clear worktops
- Clean worktops with Starclean (remembering to rinse well!)
- Sort out fridge
- Clean fridge
- Wipe down cabinets
- Clean front of cabinets
- Clean oven
- Clean floor - hoover/mop
- Shine sink
- Bathroom
- Clean properly
- Demould
- Clean towels
- 27 fling boogie as I go.
:rotfl: Right, time to set the timer for 1 hour and get started on this paperwork.
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
