Having my lunch break.... 5 minutes left
Lil_me - thanks for that link! I love it already and I've already found a chart for DD to have...the "Listen and obey" chart :rotfl: She is good at doing as she is told but sometimes it can take 4 or 5 attempts :rotfl: *bookmarked*
So far I have washed the dishes, swiped the kitchen counters and done DD's room top to bottom including sitting on the bed amid chaos trying to work out if I could re-arrange the room so she could have her bedside table next to the bed...I could, but it would mean her loosing ALOT of playing space so I decided to just put it back the way it was :rotfl: Also spent some time staplegunning the carpet into place. NOw before you think I've lost it.... the edge of the carpet is tacked down with tacks not that strip stuff you usually get but since having the heaters fitted and then having to have the gas meter earthed (which meant lifting the carpets in the bedrooms and running the wire under those floorboards as we have a solid floor downstairs  ) the carpet has been travelling across the floor everytime the bed is lifted out to make (dragging makes it worse!) So I got my new [strike]toy[/strike] staplegun out and fixed itI only need to do the outside of her window in her room now...but I think I'll get OH to do that as he doesn't get stuck in the window the same as me
, (her window opens out like a door as it's the fire escape as well but not wide enough for me to sit on the sil and lean out to clean the window properly becuase of the way the window opens ) plus he's got longer arms
Next job is to clean our bedroom window (kneeling on the windowsil and leaning out the little top windows) and then put the washing on hangers on the curtain rail and then tackle the dust monsters under our bed  Also need to demould the corners & bathroom
Oh well, my lunch is finished and so is my coffee....guess I'll crack on...now where did I put my stardrop spray and window cleaning stuff? :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

Well, now I know why my teenage DD keeps saying she doesn' t have any socks in her drawers.... I retrieved 12 pairs from behind her mid-sleeper!! And a pair of pyamas, lots of paper, 2 empty yogurt packets.
Moggins list done (shines halo:dance: )
still to do daillies:
all the extra washing
make teenage DD bed with clean sheets, asked DH to do it.
hoover living room
computer table
postoffice
type newsletter for gymnastics
pick DH and DD up
make tea
all the ironing I now have because of extra clothes, want to keep on top of it.
make sure the uniforms are in the wash tonight
The more I think about it the more I can add, does it ever stop?????
Better get on with it then.

[STRIKE]Todays mission is childrens rooms[/STRIKE] Have done dd's room throughly but a bit lax in ds'. It's a bit of a jumble because we're decorating the room this week and the painting is half done.
[STRIKE]For those with children try and get those uniforms in the wash tonight and out to dry. (come on, it will only take 5 minutes to load that machine!)
[/STRIKE] I did this on Wednesday as that seems to have turned into littlies wash day
[STRIKE]Plus Dailies[/STRIKE] all done apart from dinner which I'm thinking about now
[STRIKE]1 nasty little hotspot[/STRIKE]As I couldn't actually do ds' room I just did his wardrobe as it's turned into a hotspot with piles of clothes and shoes that don't fit and various other things thrown randomly in which to my suprise included a hot water bottle and a fan!
Nightime routine - It's the weekend, just swish that kitchen and fluff that living room."all endings are also beginnings. We just don't know it at the time..."0 -
* dances back in*
OH YEEEAH OH YEEEAH!!!!!
I have... *drumroll*.....
CARPET ON THE LANDING!!!!!!!
I have 2 binbags of rubbish, 4 boxes unpacked from when we moved in 18 months ago! 1 binbag for nursery one for a mum at school 2 for charity shop 1 for ebay and 4 to wash lol.. oh.. and another full of baby clothes I need to sort through.. most will end up at charity shop I think. I have to vacuum it yet.. but hey.. it is FLOOR!! I had to wash my hands 3 times before they were actually clean though.. pretty nasty up there!
the bedrooms can wait until the weekend.. Then we can have a group effort and all move through the rooms like a pack of flinging monsters. DH can be in charge of binbags and I will sort the wardrobes out which I have been meaning to do for 6 months!
Having a cuppa now and off to collect the animals from school.. again!! .. Well.. need to dress shorty first.
Moggs.. can we have nice easy tasks to spread over 2 weeks next week please?? And can we slip 'vacuum the stairs' in somewhere.. mine are desperate and last time I added them to my list they were there 3 weeks before they were done!!! I *might* get round to doing them later with the landing.. but I bet I leave it like that until Monday now!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
