Fingers crossed.
Letter received this morning is as follows:-
Blah Blah Blah,
I am writing to confirm that your complaint has been passed to me and to tell you what you can expect from our service (FOS ADJUDICATOR)
My understanding is that your complaint is about a PPI policy sold with a loan in August 2001. Please tell me if I have missed something or if you have anything to add at this point.
Then goes on to say that In most cases we find a solution at this stage and that he will give an independent opinion about the complaint.
He will keep me updated and ask if he needs any more information, but to let him know if there is anything else he can do to help.
Is this a standard letter, and does anyone know the timeline and how far in I am to having a resolution?
Thanks, :jStarting debt - £19,774.42 Remaining debt - £9,262.92

Got a call today from the chap thats dealing with my complaint @ the FOS just to ask for any further details I can remember so I stressed the forced signing of the paperwork by my Wife and I.
He said I should hear back from him in a couple of weeks! :shhh: so fingers crossed I'll get some news soon!
