Sorry if this sounds obvious but have you changed the delivery date to tomorrow and put the code in again? It should work if not already used. Or maybe try a different/new account.
The delivery we tried on was for yesterday, then tried it on a new account.
She'll just have to miss out again, she missed the ocado one as they didn't deliver to our village but they have to drive through our illage to delivered to the next oneseptember wins - toshiba laptop, timotei shampoo & conditioner, mccains games, pimms picnic blanket.

I asked a couple of pages back if anybody had a spare code and was not going to use it if they could kindly pass it on, I am not sure anyone noticed it but if anyone does have one that is not going to be used, I would love it. I need to stock up on baby essentials! Thank you very much in advance.0

I placed an order yesterday to use the free £20 voucher I received in my Crowdity a/c for £40 plus worth of shopping. Requested delivery for 2-3pm today, and yet goods have still not arrived. First time of using Tesco online service and am very angry as was advised via text would be upto 60 minutes late. Now already past 4.30pm and still goods have not arrived. HELP!!!! Does anyone know who I should call to complain?:mad:0

When you finally get your delivery, there'll be a telephone number for Customer Services on your invoice, but if you log into your online account, you'll also see the number there.

The wine might have been a nice gesture but pointless if you don't drink it and of course the (non-existant) delivery charge was refunded!
Tesco would have lost alot more than the cost of a bottle of wine if YOU had not helped THEM out. I bet the taxi was also alot dearer than the wine?
I would be phoning customer services to politely explain and hopefully get the taxi fare reimbursed.
Thanks for this; I emailed Tesco asking for both the £3 delivery charge and the £7 taxi to be refunded, and they obliged! I've always had my doubts about Tesco, but I have to admit they came through on this one. :T0 -
