I am getting my order delivered on Thursday and want to delete an item, but when I log into my account, the price is still showing the amount without the voucher, before it was showing the amount with the voucher deducted.

Don't want to put the order through and end up paying full price.

If when your order is delivered it doesn't show the discount on the invoice the driver brings then just refuse the order.

Ordered delivered yesteday, got some good deals, but also came with 3 x 5p petrol vouchers, so saved another £8 odd when I filled up the tank so thank you Mr T, only paid £15 for my £43 shop.

I never order groceries online with Tesco.com so this was a real bonus after the Ocado offer.

I must admit I was a bit worried something would go wrong with the code as your order total is only estimated but it all went through easily. Well done Tesco.

I placed my order and £2 was preauthorised. Changed my order twice (getting to grips with it) and each time I think another 1p was preauthorised from my bank (I think).

The order was only fully charged for on the day of delivery. Got a text advising it was on its way a few hours before.

Only 1 item was out of stock and whilst this took the total to just under £40 the £20 code was still applied.

So rest assured that Tesco do honour the £20 off even if an item is out of stock and not substituted. And they do only charge when the order has gone through the checkout at the store with only £2 done as a pre-authorisation.

My order is now 20 mins late - grrrrrrrrrr

I'm waiting on customer services to call me back as they couldn't contact the driver who claimed (via computer) that deliveries were running on time.

If I don't get it before midnight will they still honor the B1G2F juices

as long as it arrives at some point your juices will be fine. but make sure you ring customer services tomorrow to get your delivery charge refunded as it was late. i do this every time Tesco are late which is quite often, they always give me delivery charge back, and sometimes a money off code for next time.

Thanks will do that - just called again as suprise suprise I din't get a call back in 5 minutes. New person is trying to find out waht is happening and says he will call me back shortly, we will see considering the call centre closes at 11pm.

Ah so my tesco order is not arriving - should arrive tomorrow between 10-12, at which point they will bill me the full price of my shop which will then need to be refunded as they've already billed me once. !!!!!!. Oh and it seems VERY low priced. If I don't get my by one get two free juices I'm going to be a VERY unhappy shopper.

I am convinced I will not get my Juices - as now its staing I have excceded the 10 item maximum - whats this nonsence about? Before the maximum you could get was 18?
