My order has just been, I ordered baby shampoo but they didn't have any and it says there were no appropriate subsitutions.

when I placed the order they took £2 off my card when does this go back on

Erm YES they were dishonest, as these were not on offer, i am very aware of the system that alerts you to promotions running out before your delivery, but the toms were NOT included on that list,i looked at the list 3 times yesterday and swapped things around, the guy on the phone went away and then confirmed, that NO they were not on that list, i did mention it to him, now i see they are on asda at 2.00 not an offer, so have submitted my rec for price check, i will still be complaining.

I have a voucher and I have just spent an hour trying to to an order on the teso site but i keep getting error after error.

If I do succeed it will be my first and last online tesco grecery order

I cant get back on the site at all any more! is anyone else having problems

When have you booked your slot for, these vouchers have to have a delivery slot of 7th or sooner as that's when they expire.

Managed to get an order in for just over £40, it took nearly 2 hours all together..site kept crashing.

Delivery is tomorrow night so hope that goes well and then I will never use them again

If anyone does have a Tesco code sitting in their Crowdity account they are unable to use for a delivery before 7th August (the deadline) I would be very grateful if you could send it to me via PM. I will edit this post if I receive one, by way of thanks.

Why don't you phone them instead? My order today included Persil washing powder which was priced at £6 yesterday and STILL 6 when I double-checked and made amendments to my order after midnight. However I was charged £12 for this and a couple of 'offers' were charged at the higher prices. They have issued a refund for them all though without any problems.

(It didn't warn me that the Persil offer was finishing either)
