My mum has tried to use hers but it says code invalid, I have emailed them but not holding out much hope they'll answer in time to order a delivery for monday

Delivery needs to be on or before 7th of aug so you would need to get it delivered tomorrow.

Sorry if this sounds obvious but have you changed the delivery date to tomorrow and put the code in again? It should work if not already used. Or maybe try a different/new account.
