I use tesco online all the time and rang them as my order has disappeared then said cant amend as being delivered!!! only due at weekend....they are having major issues with site and said to hang fire until tech team fix just thought id update in case anyone thought it was just them

I had major problems placing an order just over a week ago as well, thought it was just me at the time as I was trying to use an 'apology' code they gave me which didn't work and I gave up with it after over an hour of trying.

I would be phoning customer services to politely explain and hopefully get the taxi fare reimbursed.

I also had major problems with the site last night, trying to amend my order. It disappeared at one stage and said my basket was empty. I spent a couple of hours trying to get it sorted and wasn't sure what would turn up today - luckily I got the amended version! When I phoned earlier about my order they said the site was playing up, so it seems to be ongoing..........

I am the first to admit that I am anti-Tescos, I never shop there. But with the £20.00 off voucher I decided to give it a go.

Had a text this morning to say delivery would be between 4.40 pm and 5.40 pm (booked 16.00 - 18.00 pm slot).

Order arrived at 5.00 pm, no substitutes, no bags, nice driver. NO PROBLEMS.

Only selected items on offer, so not a huge order but still better than expected.

Was expecting the worse, having seen everyone else's responses so far.

Won't be converting but thanks Tesco and Crowditity. Also discovered Top Cash Back, so all good here:T

i used my final code doing an order last weekend whilst under the influence of pinot...... forgot all about it till last night when it arrived, 2 litres of vodka, 12 pints of milk, 2 packs of bacon and 2 water melons! let this be a lesson to you all do not drunk order LOL , luckily with the code it only cost me £23 and its stuff that will obv get used

You've made me laugh so much...........but I'm now a bit worried I finished my order last night for delivery tonight regretably I had polished off 2 bottles of Turner road.....and for the life of me I can't remember what I ordered.... oh well not long to go now till I find out!!!!!
