    Hi guys,

We got back from our honeymoon yesterday, we had a fab time. When I get around to it I will try and post some wedding pics.

We have managed to get all the washing done and are going to try and cut the grass tonight then start the ironing mountain watching tv tonight. I am back at work on Monday, DH (how wierd is that!) still has 2 weeks off, so hoping to get all the ironing done by tomorrow night.

Will be following my own list for the next 3 weeks. The afternoon before the wedding we signed to secure the house we liked and we returned home yesterday to find a letter giving us a provisional move in date of August 19th  so long as we can sort removals I am confident we can be ready although the solicitors have said we can put it back if we want as there is no contract yet. It will so nice to move into our home as this one is mine and DH often feels a bit funny about it, a good time to set up our marital home :D

I will back before Monday with a list to work from, it is in my head but needs to be put down on paper where we can both see it.

Thanks for all the help and support in the run up to the wedding (you are all wonderful people), a stressful and emotional week before but we still both really enjoyed it. My mum is doing well, they let her out of hospital on the Friday for the wedding and she went back in on the Sunday so they could start medication. She was only in 2 days, spoke to her this morning, the medication will take a while until she is on the right doses but she is getting there which is a relief.

I hope everyone is doing well, I have no idea what has happened in flylady world, but love hugs and spoons to everyone.

Many congrats MrsAJ. Glad to hear your DM is on the mend too.

Haven't done much this afternoon because the weather has been sooo lovely. Best day we've had in a while.
We just went for a walk in some fields at the back and I stood in some cow poo. No blackberries ready yet - we must keep an eye on them.

Going to bbq now, then do some sitting down jobs - menu and shopping list.

Sounds delish. About to do fajitas for us. Quick flying this morning as we had people coming round for lunch. Why is it that when OH and I 'fly' together we get about 3 times as much done? Inspiration I suppose. House looks a lot better. DH working tomorrow so I will try and continue to be inspired. Need to be organised as SOOOOO much to do this week.

We have had blackberries for about 4 weeks now! It amazes me that such a small country can have such variations sometimes :D

MrsChaos - (((big Hugs))) I hope OH is ok
AJ - Congrats & welcome back. Glad DM is on the mend.
Greenbee - take it easy :)

I haven't done much today :o DH was away last night, and got back about 10.30am. he has been working o.n the garden again, and it looks really good :j He said he has done more gardening this year than he has done in his entire life!! We went to Matalan this morning & kitted out DS for the summer. I bought 2 tops aswell, and we got a further 10% off as DD1 had her student card :T
I cleared all the gibble off of the the windowsill in the utility room, and cleaned the window.

DH is working again now, until tomorrow. I have ordered Pizza for tea :p
I think I will put the washing machine on, and water (&feed) the garden, then that's about it for today!

    Hi all

Another hot day today – not much done, other than washing the bedlinen, but Ted's had a good day; we had to pop into town (via the surgery) for some meds, and when he's left on his own for a bit, he gets a kong toy filled with treats to keep him occupied!:D

    Anyways... catching up with Fred....

    Baby-stay-put vibes for Vanilla's sister

Mrs Chaos (((HUGS))) hope your OH is going to be OK. What a worry for you! Sorry, can't help with how to get the kitten to be less shy – I'm very much a dog person, I know zilch about cats I'm afraid.

Aj welcome home! Glad your mum is doing OK.

Greenbee I hope you've had a good day today.

Could be the pregnancy making you more tired than usual perhaps? Just a thought - I know even less about pregnancy than I do about cats, but it's the most obvious thing, I'd say. If it's any consolation, that's pretty much how I am every darned day!:D

In fact, tbh, I am so flaked out now, I could quite happily just push off to bed. And looking at the task list for tomorrow is making me even more tired!:rotfl:

    Between us we need to:
    • Do the boring daily tasks
    • Do our Wii Fit (plus my Brain Training)
    • Hoover (Mr LW)
    • Ironing (Mr LW)
    • Charge my scooter battery (Mr LW to fetch the battery indoors as I can't lift it)
    • Weekly online check for planning applications re pubs + other CAMRA paperwork, eg beer scores (me)
    • Weekly check on car - oil, tyres, wash bottle etc (Mr LW)
    • PC maintenance (both of us)
    • Water the greenhouse (me)
    • Change the Brita water filter (me)
    • Try for a spot of gardening (both of us)
and if there's any time/spoons left over, I have some cross stitch that desperately needs finishing.

Also, Ted goes home tomorrow, and Louie is due to arrive.

    Is it bedtime yet?????:D:D:D

ETA I nearly forgot... I have to do Ted's postcard home, too, tomorrow morning!
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
