The item is not listed in ebay's comprehensive vintage clothing section - end of.
Perhaps you could all waste a day running around reporting sellers with original vintage dresses that are actually in the clothing section rather than vintage.
And when your bored of that maybe you could attempt to come up with a quantifiable definition for the word "rare" then mass report sellers for items that you collectively deem not to be so.
I think it easier just to report this one as an unregistered business seller, no dispute about that.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. As an owner of a vintage shop on ebay I've got to admit that this kind of listing is so annoying! When searching for vintage these kind of items pop up in between genuine vintage listings, I wish ebay would do something about it. I have reported numberous cases like this one to no avail.
And BTW New Look actually could be vintage as it has been around since 1969, anything older than 20 years is classed as vintage.0 -
Well this one is from Tesco's and it states vintage 40's 50's in title with NO clarification in the description.....

I can't believe that the 2nd seller who also shifts all the dresses hasn't been pulled up by ebay for selling on a private account. I've got a lot of stuff to get rid of but I don't have 7 bangles all the same.
Or the amount of dresses in different sizes she's ended up with.
Yet they insist some people who are selling a couple of different sized clothes to be businesses.0 -
From the second seller I just find this one disturbing. I think i'm going to have nightmares.

Particularly this part,
IN THE ADVENT YOUR ITEM DID GO ASTRAY, PROOF OF POSTAGE WILL BE SENT TO YOU, TO ENABLE YOU TO MAKE A CLAIM AGAINST ROYAL MAIL
I wonder if she sends you one of the little chocolates, along with her COP, you find behind the numbered doors of the calendars.0 -
