It's under the keyword spamming tab.

If you go onto Primark you would know that it's new clothing. That listing in particular is definitely making it out to be an original 50's dress in the title.
She may go on in the description to say it's style but it is misleading & designed to be so.

I'm not disputing the actual title maybe a little misleading, but it is made clear in the description.

I was asking oliver to link as he quoted me specifically on The shops are selling it as vintage style so why can't ebayer sellers. and then went on to say ebay don't allow it, so I take that as he is referring to the selling of vintage style clothing

Using the term vintage style anything isn't allowed, as it's keyword spamming.
The seller of it obviously wants the most people to find their listing but people who want or sell genuine vintage clothing, don't want to have to wade through all that crap to get to the real items.

Again link........there is nothing wrong with someone listing something as vintage style, yes they should have put it in the title but there is nothing wrong with using "Vintage style". There are over 40k searches returned for "vintage style" on ebay, it even comes up in the related searches.

No wonder! I can't believe how much Primark stuff goes for.. I got a bag in there for £1 and when I got home decided I didn't like it. Sold on Ebay for £5. Wasn't even that much at full price!

I think they are selling so well as that particular style never has the larger sizes instore. Its on the primark bargain thread in grabbit and in all the fashion mags so its in high demand. Other stores are doing lemon print but are more than 3 x 's the price.

Personally i like to see vintage style in a title as its the style i want i don't want aunt bettys real mothball vintage. If it does not say style then its a nuisance. When there are so many dresses on ebay its hard to find a style but vintage does really narrow it down.
