vintage = modern Primark

When is a vintage dress not a vintage dress?

When it is actually a modern Primark one

    She has the loaded handbag of someone who camps out and seldom goes home, or who imagines life must be full of emergencies..

    I had noticed she seems to have a lot of the same dresses considering she is a private seller.

    The vintage thing really annoys me, I like vintage stuff & have recently listed a fair amount of it of my Aunts but I expect more than half of the stuff on ebay listed as such is in fact vintage style & brand spanking new.
    Must be a real bummer for business sellers who are selling authentic vintage items.

    It does say on it vintage style, also brand new with tags and that it's from atmosphere. I don't get why this this confusing or misleading. I would look at that item and think it is a new dress in a vintage style. Or am I missing something :)

    It doesn't in the title & vintage, with style after, is keyword spamming, if I'm looking for something that is vintage I don't want pretend I want the genuine article. I also don't want to have to wade through all the crap that comes up when you put vintage in as your search on ebay.
    Just checked & she also says that she sells the petticoats separately, so this seller is dong that wrong as well.
    I won't even mention the fact that she's a business selling on a private account.

    Like hermum says how can it be vintage if it is recently manufactured? It's like me sleling 50 million year old fossil fish that I made yesterday.

    It is misleading and she is wrongly registered.

    The shops are selling it as vintage style so why can't ebayer sellers.

    As for the keyword search when your selling you will want it to come up for "vintage" so the most amount of people possible see it. It clearly says its new vintage style in the description.

    Because ebay say you cant. Also the title doesn't say Vintage style. It says vintage which from the title is implying it has some age which is misleading.

    Yes it may say different in the listing but if effects searches and is misleading
