I previously posted about my jacket still full of dog hairs so I brought it back to the cleaners. I dont know how to find my previous thread so if someone can post it to give the background info that would be fantastic
I went today to collect the jacket and its finished they can not find it at all and there is nothing on the system that I handed it back in where do I stand with this ??? 0 -

Just give them the receipt that they gave you when you handed the jacket in.I went today to collect the jacket and its finished they can not find it at all and there is nothing on the system that I handed it back in where do I stand with this ???

No didnt get one the till was broken at the time. They cant find anything on the system that I brought it back in to be cleaned only that it was paid and collected.0

Long shot but do you pay on collection or when leaving them the item? If the latter then hopefully paid by card and have some sort of evidence..0
