    Stir fry - whatever veggies you like - sliced up thinly, all roughly the same thickness (so they cook at the same time) + thin slices of cooked chicken + soy sauce / chinese 5 spice powder with rice/noodles

    Fajitas are lovely and very quick to make,
    Chicken bits in cheese sauce with pasta - only 2 pans to wash, plus if you've any peppers left after the fajitas you'll need to us them up so put some very small pieces in there for colour...

  • As this has fallen from the front page of OS, I'll add it to the existing thread on rubber chicken (where you stretch the chicken to make lots of meals ;) ) to give you more ideas.

    I need a recipe, we shared a leg and a breast last night and I need to find something to do with the rest of it.
    Not got much in, got mushrooms cheese milk but not much veg.
    Plenty of stuff in the store cupbpoard like rice, pasta and potatoes,
