Hi Pennywise
Glad you had a good day back at work, it must be a shock to the system after 6 weeks off.
I need to dig my slow cooker out and make better use of it now that the weathers getting cooler x0 -
Good evening.
Another good day at work, not quite as tired as yesterday.
Not much to update really, have managed a NSD, took lunch to work and kids had packed lunches at school. Pasta bake for tea tonight and fruit for pud.
No change on the money front, less time to do surveys with being back at work and ebay is pants at the minute, did manage to list another item tonight, whether it will sell is another matter.
Gosh 2 days and then its the weekend.0 -
Evening just a quick update before rushing out to pick DD up from pony club.
Recieved £5 amazon voucher this morning, so new log basket has been ordered, hopefully the dog won't eat this one:mad:.
Spent £25 on DD pony club today.
Spent £17.29 on groceries in Tesco today, but we do have lots of jellies, custard pots, blackcurrant frootz and choc muffin kits
(see grabbit board for glitches).
Also spent £6 in Tesco on a birthday present for DS friend.
Sainsburys have kindly sent me more money off voucher 2 x £11 off £55 spend, will try and combine one with my last £12 off £60 spend, just need to look out at the checkout for studenty type cashiers that don't give a d*mn and will put any vouchers through.
Ebay bids are up to £8, least a couple of bits are going to sell, can see me relisting loads though.
Leftover pasta bake for tea tonight with salad.
1 day until the weekend:D.0 -
Ooohhh Pennywise never thought of going to the students with vouchers, may just try that!!!
Hopping over to glitches board now!!!! xMummytogirls x0 -
Good morning, can't believe its the weekend already.
Well my log basket arrived yesterday, super quick delivery:D, was very pleased, i have threatened the dog with spit roasting if it goes near it:rotfl:.
Nipped to library yesterday, dd wanted to get her certificate for a summer book challenge that she had participated in, had to read so many books over the summer and got prizes depending on how many they had read.
Spent another £5.74 in Tesco on glitches, but looks like they have now been fixed:(.
Also recieved £3 from my survey and have withdrawn £10 from V!vatic this morning.
Ebay bids are up to £16, couple of bits end today and the rest tomorrow, i am also bidding on a couple of fleece jumpers for the children though and that will get taken out of whatever i make.
Hope everyone has a good weekend, off to make soup and muffins, hubby is veged out on the sofa as the rugby world cup has started.0 -

Good evening, gosh can't believe how windy and cold it is.
Yesterday i made just over £60 on ebay, but i have spent some of this on some winter bits for myself and the kids on ebay, bought myself pair of winter boots worn once, DD brand new winter boots, 2 new fleece tops for DS, 2 pairs trousers for Ds and a fleece riding top for DD all for £25 so very pleased.
Recived a £10 boden gift voucher today in the post so have ordered DD a long sleeved top for free and P&P was free as well:D.
Spent £6.54 in Tesco on various bits including more boxes of frootz, 22p pasta and mint/choc special k bars, i'm loving the grabbit board.
Meter reading done £12.65 for electric and £6.54 on gas.0 -
Gosh can't believe i havn't posted since Monday.
Been a busy week at work and by the time i've picked kids up from school, taken to various after school activities, done any housework and tried to do a few surveys the evenings have flown by, need to pencil in some time for myself, as i'm just not getting any.
On the money front, no over payments have been made, which i'm dissapointed about, but i've not added to it so thats good, have recieved £4 from Pin£cone this week, made 99p on ebay and ordered a £10 T£sco voucher from val opinions.
Got up early this morning and went to Sainsburgs it was lovely and quiet at 8am, think the horrid weather is keeping everyone indoors, managed to get a £96 shop down to £65.38 using various coupons and a £12 off £60 spend combined with a £11 off £55 spend, cupboards are bursting and as during the week sainsburys sent me another 4 £12 off £60 spends going to start using these to stock up for christmas, wondering how long before they start there 3 for 2 on gifts.0 -
Hi Pennywise
This week has flown past, its good to get back into a routine but it soon becomes tedious. Mr S are starting to get their xmas stuff in our store so I don't think it will be long before the gift selection appears.
Hope you have a good weekend xxx0
