I have never been so pleased to read something online! I am so happy for you Lynz. Small boy thinks I have gone mad making him dance round the living room. What an awful ride you have had but it should be straightforward from here. At least you can enjoy the organising and the cleaning.........

Bet you make a great estate agent. Bit confused though - is it still the great rental from before Christmas?

Yes it is the great rental since befroe Xmas. How I managed to negotiate that one, Ill never know. But a lot of pleading, begging and general noegotiation kept all the balls in the air. thoroughly exhausting !!!
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
  • Congratulations Lynz!

Oh you must be so chuffed, all your hard work finally paid off! I'm so pleased for you! and the rest of you too sound like you're not too far away - brilliant! :j

We finally found out yesterday that our buyer has instructed her solicitors at last so now it's just searches, and as I said t'other day they were fine 3 years ago and I can't see any reason they would have changed. Then raising contracts and any enquiries - but at least she has a mortgage, she's had the survey, and she's spending her money to buy it - I feel almost as relieved as if we'd exchanged, as I feel she's had all the bad scary stuff and there shouldn't be any reason for her to change her mind or back out now, as it's costing her money and she still wants to do it.

Yay! I can start packing at last! :T
