I couldn't resist it, especially when I was broke and got into a right mess. I find what helps now is to never buy on impulse, plan everything I buy, always check to see if I need something before I buy it. The one I was a nightmare for was things for the animals and children, but after counting my son had 40 t-shirts for playing in (and 20 school ones) that is just one of the children, they both have about the same, I have stopped myself until they need something it's not being bought. I threw clothes out for charity shop last year again that they haddn't even worn. I do however allow myself treats, like my reflexology etc.
PS Happy Birthday Posting
One day I might be more organised...........

I find the best thing when shopping fo luxuries - i.e.; wants NOT needs, is to go away for a few days and think about it. Especially in the sale. If you go away and you still want them and the item is still there - then it is a sign that they are destined for you - Hence the red sparkly shoes!!!!
I researched them - looked up prices on the web, tried them on and then thought about it a bit more. Then they were reduced even more and that decided it!!!!
I went shopping in Birmingham in the sales today and i came home with absolutely NOTHING!! NADA!! ZILCH!! ZERO!!!! I am so proud of myself:D I found some gorgeous Mikey necklaces reduced to half price and then thought about it - Do I need another necklace, considering that I have 5 jewellery boxes already at home?
So I am going to think about it this until Tuesday when I am going shopping again with a friend and if I still really, really want them then I may get one - All my bills come out on Tuesday as well so this will be another deciding factor - LOL!!!!Noli nothis permittere te terere
