It depends on what one is tempted with. A glass of red wine, I have very little resistance.

  • Depends on the circumstance I think and the expense!

Try to keep focussed on the bigger picture or a goal....or the size of my thighs...

cheers la, today is a bad day, for many reasons, but see 2007, thats gonna be MY year, i'm gonna get debt free(then the shoes aren't a bad thing), i'm gonna get my finger out and get serious about my training (that solves the food and booze thing) and i'm gonna stop letting men get to me, bunch of !!!!!!s that they are, as of january the first i'm turning asexual! (lesbianism never appealed to me!)

I can't deal with it, so I make it so I don't have to.

I never take my debit card out with me, only take the amount of cash I need to the local shop, don't window shop on web sites....

If I never give myself a chance to look at stuff to want it, then I can't give in :)

sounds like a plan la, right now i only want tomo to come, but after being in bad since ten last night sleep is farther away than ever, it's like xmas eve when your too excited to sleep, except i'm the other end of the spectrum, boo hiss

roll on sunday night, i'll be in my funcy dress, with my tiara and all my sparkles, i'm starting the year as i mean to continue, as a princess, the most important person in my world and god help anyone who tries to spoil that feeling.

what do you do when you need to find a pma? usually i dance around the house in very undanceable shoes and act a pillock...
  • If it is food I put a picture of a huge fat woman on the fridge or near the biscuit tin and remind myself that is what i will look like if I eat when not hungry.

Booze I can take it or leave it so no problem.

Spending on clothes - I just remind myself of things I have bought but seldom wear.
