Ah that'd be nice but never mind!
Well, I think I might be on a bit of a funny one tonight. I've been contemplating deleting all of my diary and starting again simply as someone 'close' (with no debts so would just be being nosy) knows my 'name' and quite frankly I could do without their opinion (it'll be given). However, I've decided stuff it, I'm proud we're fighting our debts as a team, both of us have made financial and work related errors which have got us in a pickle, but are stronger for supporting each other instead of constantly reminding someone of their mistakes. Rant over! Sorry
Anyhoo, worked out that I've done better than I thought this month. We've had the extra nursery payment and the £100 to Santander but are still just about ticking along. However, much as I'm desperate to see the figures coming down, I've realised that next month we have a wedding we're going away for and DS1's birthday, October we're on holiday (and my birthday) and after that we really need to think about Christmas and hubby's BIIIIG birthday. So I guess the 2011 part of this diary is really going to be about getting our finances in order and start planning how we can really tackle this in 2012. I need to do the snowball calculator and really start thinking about following it, it'll be nice to have a target to beat

In a much better mood tonight, perhaps the shopping withdrawal was too much for my little brain!
Spent £40 shopping, eek. Bought DS1 some new sandals, reduced to £4. Wasn't sure of the size so got an 11 and 12 thinking I'll take a pair back. Now I've got to go back to Asd* with both pairs and buy the 13, big foot!!!Starting my journey July 2011. Evening all. Spent a grand total of £2 today on parking so I can have the privilege of the dentist attacking my face. Not a happy bunny this evening. Upside is DH is on his way home, wonder if I'll be able to smile by the time he gets in. Ooh I am a grumpus this week :mad:Starting my journey July 2011. That worked, thank you:A
Now could you wave a magic hovel wand and have some fairies come clean the house? That'd definitely keep the smile in place! Oh, and I got a free book so I need to really start smiling. I went into Waterst*nes with my points and gift card, thinking I'll treat myself for free, then remembered my hubby ordered and paid for one for me a few months ago but I had a bit of a flip and refused to collect it cos of the subject. Now my bff (I don't care if I sound 14) is getting better I can appreciate the thought and read the book (Talk to the Headscarf). Might make me stop being such a grumpy moo this week and appreciate the pmt as at least I still can. Anyone feeling like giving me a roundhouse kick up the bum... feel free cos I deserve it!!!Starting my journey July 2011.
