I have to ask how many jobs do you apply for?
How many interviews have you been offered?
I have had 3 interviews direct with companies and over 20 agencies have wanted me to register so they could send my cv over to jobs but I have had not had the money to do so. The providers won't suport travel to agencies either so I will back where I started.0 -
they could have just meant 3 kinds of job you are looking for like what is on your jsa agreement. of course it could be what you say. so just go prepared for either. if i am right just tell them the 3 jobs that are on your jsa agreement and also go along with details of 3 jobs it could be jobs that you already applied for.ok so just had the call from the provider. Tuesday at 9am! Got to bring a CV with me an wait for it............................details of 3 jobs I'd like to apply for!! Is that just stupid or what? Surely I wouldn't have had time to start my job search that day so wouldn't know what I was going to apply for. I am guessing I am going to have to save 3 jobs over from the day before. I bet they are going to tell me 'how to apply'!!!

No he did say bring the details of 3 jobs you would like to apply for so I took that as find 3 jobs online or in the paper before hand, do not apply for them and bring those details with you.
He said they are sending me a letter so if it says that in it, that's what I will do.0 -

well the 3 types of jobs are on my job seekers agreement although I have accounts, admin and retail now as I was told you can't have 2 types of accounts work as accounts and payroll are the same (but they aren't) so he put I am looking for retail work in 3rd place.0 -
They obviously have a procedure to work through and one of those is to work through applying for three jobs with you. I would hold over three jobs from the day before so they can use those to work through with you. Hopefully it will prove you know how to apply and don't need help in that way so they will move on to other ways of helping you).
Give it a chance. Otherwise you'll end up sanctioned.0 -
the cynical side of me says be careful with this. they may want access to the set up email address to check up on you. so if they bring this up just say you already have one. if they wont leave it there just say all the companies you have applied to and all the agencies you have sent cv's to have the email address that you already have and will contact you via that one. if they still insist then just do the minimum required to keep them happy in the email they set up and do everything else as normal in your own email address.
Seetec are mine and I see they will help you set up job seeking email addresses? LOL
of course i could be wrong but i remember one time when i was asked to apply for a job with my email address my adviser was sat there with me and wanted to watch me type in my password. she didnt like it when i asked her to not watch me type it in.0 -
