you dont have to tell the job centre either and why would you get refered back?0 -

IF they dont need you thats a REDUNDANCY!!!
They can not tell the provider a LIE!!!0 -

If you become unemployed during your 2 years with work programme you would make a claim to JSA as you do now and the job centre would decide if a sanction is appropriate if they consider you have left voluntarily or through misconduct.
This is exactly the same process as happens now. You would then be seen by work programme adviser for the rest of your 2 year period for job search activities.
It is unlikely work programme would contact an employer but they may keep in contact with some people after they have started work - particularly those who have been out of work a long time or have disabilities as they may need more support to remain in work.
Work programme get paid increasing amounts for each week or month you are in work as they are supposed to be helping you find sustainable employment so it is in their interest to offer support to keep you in work.
They don't need to contact your employer as if you sign off and are not receiving benefit it will be assumed you are in employment.0
