they're more management jobs though which ive no experience of0 -
because some people are like that. i guess some would say it serves those people right if they get sanctioned. it doesnt change the fact that whether you are a layabout or a decent hardworker you dont want the provider to ask the employer how you have been doing because the employer might tell them things that can be interpreted badly by bad advisers.why would get a job and mess about?0 -

that was just an extreme example to show my logic. you could however not be perfect in a job. the last thing you would want is a bad adviser finding this out and refering you for a sanction saying you had a bad attitude because they think you didnt try hard enough. obviously it wont happen while still in the job but if the job ends it MAYBE something that could happen.LOL well I have never messed about in a job or walked out0 -
some do have negative attitudes towards people. there is a risk that they would be peeved if the job ended after 5 months and they needed you to last 6 months to get the bonus.I know she wasn't talking direct about me but are the providers to think we are all the same? Serial unemployed? Can't hold a job down? etc0
