Also, just wanted to add (because I am so excited about this - sad I know) but it has been a lovely feling over the last couple of smoke free days to still be able to smell my shampoo on my hair at the end of the day. I mean that is a first in about 15 years. This is FUN.
And good luck talby-wan. Definitely a good motive for you!0 -
Well done everyone for stopping and planning too, I gave up for 2 years but started again in 2006. I got it down to only smoking a few menthols in the evening nothing in the day, if I went out to the pub I would smoke loads, so cut that down to.
Have stopped today, I think the hangover I have is helping me not want one, and the lovely girl I meet last night
Happy new year0 -
My others 1/2s going to see the doc next week to get on the free give up smoking program thats running. Basically he will get his niquitins etc free considering they will cost £20+ a week Im pleased about that
Its his 4th attempt Really hoping he'll do it this time
He managed 6 months in 2005 then got sent on a nasty business trip and the stress and americans offering him one started it all off again.
