try borrowing a few sims to try in it, so you can either rule some out or find one that works. if its got the original covers is there any logos?
have you tried a sim in to check its not already unlocked? if so whats the msg on the screen.
if your really stuck i can do it by cable if you pay the postage0 -
he can tell us which one he's tried ....should eliminate 1 network and if he can try a few friends sim cards till he finds one that it accepts and bingo...but eliminating 1 network gives you a fair chance of getting the code right with 3 tries !!Ex forum ambassador

Just a quick question.
I bought a PAYG Orange Nokia 3220 last weekend and it was already unlocked so I can use my PAYG T-mobile sim card in it. Is it possible to 'unlock' it so I can switch service providers also? I'd like to be able to use the GPRS function at least once!

you can enter these manually in the "settings" part of the gprs,

GPRS APN address: general.t-mobile.uk
Gateway (IP) address :149.254.001.010
Username : user
Password: wap
Session type: Continuous / permanent
Port number: 9201
Authentication: Normal
SMTP email server: smtp.t-email.co.uk
or you can go to the help section of T-Mobiles site
https://secure.mouse2mobile.com/clients/tmobileFL/wap/3bearer.asp
and it will send the settings to your phone, you will then just need to select that one from the list on your phoneEx forum ambassador
