Browntoa wrote:nokia have got in the habit of changing the box serial numbers quickly now on their mobiles to try to stop unlocking, for examle there are now 3 different ones for the 7600, 2 for the 6610i and possibly a third one for that as well and as for the new nokia 6630...looks like there are 2 locks on that, using different settings for both !!
I think you have just been unlucky on this occasion , I have unlocked loads of these
Thanks for the continued support ! Is there any way of finding the box serial ? I have got a 2nd 3220 (these are from Tesco so I can actually take them back if things dont work out) and have tried the 1, 5 and 7 codes from the Swedish site which are not working again. The prog I downloaded is, once again, showing different numbers but I dont want to use up my last two tries wtihout some professional guidance !!
Its a 3200 on TescoNet and the IMEI is 353797003495433.
Can you tell me what you come up with for that ?
Thanks again !!0 -

My son is looking at buying the Nokia 3220 but the cheapest is on orange and he wants to keep his T Mobile number/sim.
Does anyone know how easy it is to unlock this phone as I cannot seem to find it on any of the unlock links posted so far in the other unlock postings.
Thanks.0 -
Shouldn't need to pay to unlock your phone.
I am cetain that there is a site that will give you the info, I just cant find it right now.
These will do it for £3.99

Hiya people, sorry, newbie  anyway, Browntoa, you provide unlocking codes? i understand i need the EIME number and netowork etc, will this unlock the phone still if it's blocked by the provider?
Thanks in advance,
 Ali :cool:0 -
No!
Unblocking is a different matter - why is it blocked?0 -
Could you explain box serial please? I looked at trycktill about N 3510i, but hesitated when I saw that. There was a default entry, 32821, so I have the codes for that, but haven't entered any yet. If it is 'box serial', is there a ref on the box, or is that a daft question?0

Unable to use the links somebody posted in another thread, there is no mention of Nokia 1100, the other link, I could not open the download, the computer won't let me. I wonder whether somebody would be kind enough to get the codes for me.
