Gosh what a **** company!

Its disgusting that even when they DO send the orders , even though its a free 'try' that they put the binned items in the order - Especially for those who are ALLERGIC = VERY shoddy!

They are no rivals to Graze now at all it seems - But might have been if they got their act together ie didn't charge people , sent the items on their 'acceptable' list NOT the binned list plus sent the items on the day it was actually ORDERED for

They really haven't done themselves any favours here , 'freebie' or not!!

Will see what arrives in mine , ordered for Monday , so will expect it on Tuesday and I really DON'T LIKE the items I binned so would be nice if they sent me what I like as whats the point otherwise?

I got my free box yesterday and again it was all my 'binned' items. Yuk. Think they must have a packing error.
Cancelled as a result, and it shows as cancelled in paypal and subsequently in my peckish account - so haven't been charged anything.

Oh dear, I ordered mine before reading these posts. Im a lttle worried now. I will keep you all updated as to whether it turns up and what is in it!

I got mine today, again full of stuff I'd binned. Yuk. It was also a mission to cancel it, I spend 30mins on the phone to pay pal to cancel it.

Mine arrived today. All nice things in it that I like.
Logged into my account,went to orders and next to my order was a link saying "cancel". Clicked on the link and it took me to paypal and it was really easy to cancel the recurring payment.
After reading all the horror stories on this thread, I feel very lucky that all was ok for me. I hope other people are as lucky.

Sounds like you WERE lucky! ... Mine still hasn't arrived and I ordered it for Monday ..

Mine has just arrived, should have been here Monday, and it's full of things I like. However, don't think I'll be carrying on with it. Graze stuff is much nicer, the packaging looks nearly exactly the same as Peckish, but Graze turns up on time.
