The company with the problems isn't Graze, it's 'Are you peckish'. Graze are fantastic and well established, if it's them you signed up with you'll be fine!



ETA: Maybe the OP could edit the title to make it clearer which company this is about? So people don't get put off Graze by mistake?

Oh thank goodness! It was Graze I signed up with thankfully.

Hope you guys manage to cancel ok.

I cancelled my paypal direct debit and when I log into my Are you Peckish account it now says cancelled so hopefully it's gone through ok. I've sent them an email as well confirming I have cancelled and exactly why.

What email did you use? Their online contact form?

Yes, just the online form. The only email addresses I could find via their facebook pages were gmail and hotmail (this usually rings bells for me). No reply as yet but paypal cancellation seems to be fine so hopefully done and dusted.

I didn't receive mine today either, and I still haven't had a reply to the query I sent using their online form about the fact that they have incorrectly charged me for my free box. Seriously not impressed. What a shoddy company with shoddy service.

Exactly the same here.
No reply at all from them and also no box which should have arrived on Thursday.:mad:

Poor company, I was thinking I could alternated between this and Graze, but Graze gets all of my votes now!

It was all of the stuff I had put in 'my bin', as I have a nut allergy.

That's awful

I received mine today. No payment's been taken as I cancelled straight away and I didn't receive any items in my bin, but I haven't tried them yet so can't compare quality of food to that of Graze yet.
