I haven't got the trial period but did use a code for the free box and it has already charged me for the box. I messaged them and received a response this morning stating:

Hi Richard, You have been refunded! No it's not possible to use a discount code on an existing order, We hope you enjoy your box ..

But I haven't seen anything in PayPal yet. I assumed it to be an instant transfer?

Any contact I've had has been polite so I don't want to slander them. Still, it's a little frustrating.

they dont just do that.

they will also place items in your box that you have binned and guess what you dont see whats in your box until they have dispatched them.

i got a free one through an o2 surprises code and i ordered a second box at half price as i have had a graze box before, but after the messed up the contents they refunded the 1/2 prioce box to my card which was back on my card within 2 days

I was expecting my delivery today but it hasn't arrived unfortunately.

I loved Graze when I was subscribing to its boxes, so I was hoping to start this one up as a comparison. So far my experience hasn't been great...

As I mentioned before, any contact I've had has been quick and polite so I'll hold out to see what response I get about the missing delivery.

I intend to cancel on Monday 25th as soon as my box arrives.
I'm sure if I cancel with paypal, that means they wont get any money when they apply for for it, so will not send another box.

Mine was supposed to arrive today but the postie has just been and no box. Will be cancelling, the company isn't giving a good impression at all.

I haven't received mine either, tried logging on to check but got a load of errors. Cancelled the paypal subscription and won't be going back
