When you set up direct debit.
These people look like they are setting up in direct competition to Graze.
http://www.areyoupeckish.co.uk/ use code magicpeckish to get the first box free.

Thanks. I just registered and used your code which it confirmed is valid and that there is £0 to pay this week, however the process of placing the order takes you through setting up a regular payment. I did this through PayPal and they have already taken their first payment, even though the first one is free. I have emailed them and asked them to process a refund. I just thought I ought to warn people to check if you do sign up.0

I think it depends on when you choose your delivery and how many per week. I chose one per week, and my first delivery for Friday 22nd. Paypal says that my first payment will be on the 26th so will cancel before then.

That's what happened to me 2 days ago when I saw it another freebie site (the one where the 'magicpeckish' code comes from) they took money from me , I e-mailed them straight away but have had no reply from them.:(
People are saying that it's a scam so be careful.:(:(:smileyheaMagenta0 -
There's another thread ("graze.com - nature delivered ???") about this that I read a few hours ago. The consensus is that it's a not scam, although I think they rely on people becoming addicted to them! Have been meaning to order a free one for ages.0

I think that people are thinking that it is a scam because with the code you are supposed to get the first box free when in fact you don't.
The site and product may be fine but the way they are going about this is really not on, you expect to get a free box to see what their products are like but in fact it's not free at all.
Mrand Mrs you say that you are thinking of ordering a free box but that' s the point it is not free.:smileyheaMagenta0 -
how convenient web site doesn't conform to Nominet as its clearly trading unless its a scam

Still no money taken out of my account, first payment to be taken on the 26th and first free box to be delivered on Friday.
I don't think it's a scam, I think you just need to be careful in ensuring you enter the code correctly/pick once a week as opposed to every day deliveries etc. My paypal statement for the transaction acknowledges a 'trial period' where the charge is 0.

It confirmed that the code was accepted and that the charge would be zero, however upon setting up the PayPal recurring payment (for my weekly box) it has charged me straight away. Awful company. Awful service. I will be cancelling.0
