Morrisons car park warning

Is there any need for anyone to try and justify the actions of these lowlifes?
To be honest i'm not sure if he was trying to justify the actions, but like a lot of people he wasn't aware that they can't enforce their invoices.
To the average person it's completely legitimate; you drive into a car park, see a sign advising of the 'fines' and then you end up with a ticket. Until you actually discover that they can't enforce the invoices, you'll never know that you don't have to pay.0 -

Then you are probably also not aware of what pain PPCs are causing to people with a genuine need to park in these disabled spots. The scum are preying on the vulnerable to line their pockets.
PPCs going after people with Blue Badges upside down for example, who then talk to Mobility for advice and are told to pay up. (Because Mobility are in bed with the PPCs).0 -
Going back to the original post, our Morrisons charge but you do get it refunded if you shop in store....
If you buy anything in store you get your £1 back for one hours parking, if spend over £10 you get two hours parking and your £2 charge back and so on. To me that is a sensible solution and one they had to take after everyone was using the car park to shop in the city centre and go elsewhere...It gets quite busy at the best of times without adding all the city centre parking in it as well.
Why can't all supermarkets do it like this?
PPCs will convince supermarkets to go with whichever methods extracts the most money they don't care about solving the parking problem - they want the parking problem to make money.0 -

If you don't qualify for a blue badge then you can't have disabled parking rights as you apparently don't need them.Thank you all who post.0 -

In my mind, all the signs and warnings do is serve as a deterrent to people taking the !!!! in our car park, which means there will actually be spaces for staff and customers.
Like I said, genuine customers don't get fined.0 -

However, most if not all PPCs style their tickets/invoices and/or follow-up communication (words and look) after legit docs - Which is a criminal offence under Section 40 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970 (and AJA Scotland 1971)
However I'll agree that you won't find the police interested in talking action against that one but it does provide another reason why PPCs won't generally go near any courts.0
