The island will house all the wet things - sink, washing machine and dishwasher. The whole island will be covered with the worktop - couldnt get the planner to show this. The table and chairs not featured on here will be in front of the fridge/freezer near the french doors (with glass panel either side)

I think there is balance with tall units being either side of the long run - we cant have windows on that side hence using it all for the units.

Do you think the plan will work

Just got to source the wooden worktops, karndean flooring and the sink, everything else is coming from Ikea

can anyone advise me - do you think the above will work - the build starts in 10 days - expected to take 12 weeks which is christmas week - so I have between now and Christmas to get the kitchen - am hoping that Ikea have a special offer before then - I know sometimes they do - 100 worth of stuff for every 1000 spent - hope they do one sooooon
