Flaked out on sofa now, everyone else in bed don't think I'll be far behind.

DD decided to spray her toothpaste all over the sink when spitting out so I knocked a bedtime story off and made her clean the whole sink. Ha!

Decluttering a tea bag right now.

Evening everyone! (WAVES)

I'm new to this thread so be nice So desperately need to get my housework organised as I'm now back at work full time after having a baby so life is hectic! :eek:

Fantastic thread so count me in for this week and we'll see how I get on!

1. Monday ~Crabby kitchen!
   Level One
   Clear and wipe worksurfaces
   Empty and wash out the bin.. make it smell sweet!
   Level Two
   Wipe all appliances.. large and small
   Wipe over units and kickboards
   Sweep and mop the floor
   Level Three
   Sort and organise all the drawers in these rooms!..
   Thoroughly clean the fridge
   Wipe the table.. does it need a clean cloth
   Extras
   
2. Clean filters and doorseals!
3. Wash the windows if they need it
4. Clean/descale a small appliance.. shake the crumbs from the toaster.. defuzz the kettle... de-mank the microwave
5. Scrub out the oven and hob

Fell asleep on the sofa myself this afternoon. Shook myself and did the bin, cat tray, some deadheading in the front garden, tying back monster plants in the back and cleaned one of the kitchen cupboards out as someone hadn't put the lid back on the honey. Then sat straight back down again

Stoopid has decided he is healed enough to make a break for it over to the garden of the cat that probably did it to him in the first place, and I really CBA to go traipsing off after him, so I will be sitting downstairs with the window open for tonight, waiting for him to shout up at it (according to him, you can only climb out of a window - you have to have a door open to come back in :cool:)

Debating whether I am hungry or not. Need to make my mind up soon, though.



LW, I think the @!(*!$(@£*!(£@&%!)& @£&@(£(*!^!)) has more of a problem with the prospect of Minion being visibly imperfect when she is paraded around as a child, rather than when she is old enough to not have much of an interest in him anymore. I think he is a Narcissist who cannot accept his own genetic issues (there is a strong chance she has inherited the condition from him and not from me, which reaaaalllllyyy annoys him when he left me precisely because I got ill) and 'allowing' (not that he has the remotest say in her treatment, as he doesn't even have Joint Parental Responsibility) her to be treated would tell everyone that he is not from a superior race after all.

He was invited to come along to the first appointment and he refused point blank as there was nothing wrong with her, which kind of set the tone for ongoing diplomatic relations.


Or, to put it the other way, he is a complete CFCFCFCFCFCFCFCFCFCFCFFFWFWFWFWFWFWFWFWFWFWFW as I said last night



Decided now. I'm hungry-ish, so I'm off round the corner for a Chinese takeaway. Might find the splat round the back of their kitchen, eating prawns

Two presentations now dealt with and ready for the next stage... So just need to get the last two written and then do something about tracking down pictures of cakes needed for one of them. No money for images, so I either need to find images licensed under creative commons or get them from people who will give me permission to use them.

I have lots of my own cake pictures. Cakes are great but pictures aren't good enough for what I need!

Off to bed now. Sleep well everyone.

DH has come home from his bike ride and announced we will go to the flower show at Tatton
I've been wanting to go (haven't been for 3 years) but it's a dear do. Anyway - his treat!
Heading for the bath, then off out.
Flying will have to wait.....

dusted & polished in LR
cleared mantle piece & polished
took cushion covers off & put in WM
cleaned TV screen of finger prints
cleared dining table of gibble
wiped down the sofas with leather cleaner

Not too bad for a Sunday morning when I am ususally in bed!

I am going to get showered now, and dressed. then I will clear some of the paper clutter that is around (unopened post )
