Free sky movies for 2 months, summer hols heaven.

called today to cancel and had a very pushy but nice sales assistant, after being on the phone for 10 minutes tryin to be convinced to not cancel my movies i had to be very firm but polite and tell him i wanted to cancel and thats that!! i know there only doing there job but how many times can a person say no before you actualy listen to them. Got it sorted in the end, hope nobody else had as much earache tryin to cancel.

can someone plz tell me how much extra i will pay if i decide to keep the movies after the free trial the sky website is sooo confusing grrr

I cancelled the movies at the weekend just to be on the safe side. The woman I spoke to mentioned there was an offer on for Sky sports but I couldn't take up the offer until a month before this current movie offer ended which is tomorrow. I asked what the Sports offer was but she wouldn't say. She said ring Wednesday.

Told her it would have to be a very good offer to interest me so may ring just to find out.

I got the impression that there is information showing on each account about what they can offer and that not all offers are available to everyone. Is that correct? The reason I think that this is the case is that twice now I have been told 'lets look on your account and see what we can offer?'

movies is £16 per month from memory
if you log in to your account and add the channel to your account(dont buy) it will show you the new costs

Fan dabby dosy - just cancelled, did try and offer me a deal if I stuck with the movies and rang up again once the two months expired but just said no please cancel and he did the deed.

I was asked did I like having the movies and I said yes for free but no for £16!!

thanks my kids like booking the 4 quid movies on box office one a week am gonna just keep the movies and tell them no more booking lol
