I joined just to tell you I did this and received my new bill today, £64!!! It upgraded me to premium package which meant I had every single channel even sports. No record of the free trial and one month cancellation charge! Am so upset as I do not have this money. Don't do this unless you are willing to pay!!0

Mine made me cry!! Having a bad day anyway but to be told they have no record of me signing up to this was not fair. Went in history to try and view offer page but it only told me I wasn't elligible. That did not help my case!0
