I'm a bit confused, it says when the free period is over my bill will go up by £21 a month. Aren't movies £16 a month? I plan to cancel, but I'm curious what that charge is for, and if it means my bill will stay £5 higher a month even after I cancel movies?

Hope they aren't really trying to trick us all into some higher rates, because Virgin is just waiting to take us in...

Great offer but when I did it I got 2 emails, one confirming my upgrade order and a 2nd saying they needed to clarify a few points and telling me I had to call them. When I phoned the man said he couldn't see the offer on my account but that it might show up after 48 hours, if not there was nothing he could do as it wasn't giving him that offer on his screen for me................??? Is it only for HD customers?? I'm confused now :(

Do you think you can keep the movies recorded after the deal is over, just wondered if they stayed in your planner.

They stay in your planner but you won't be able to access them if you no longer subscribe to that package.
