    You assume wrong.

It's because he's been categorically wrong throughout, his "advice" is dangerous, and the man is a joke. It's a disgrace that he get's even a minute of airtime.

OK, to be fair, he only gets on TV for the same reason that Jeremy Kyle's guests get on TV, so we can all laugh at the crazy person, but still....

Some naive ignorant person could be conned by that snake-oil salesman and get suckered into financially ruining their lives like the hpc crowd have been.

Still waiting for the crash that's never coming, and enriching their landlords year after year after year.

    Very Sad.

TBH I am very surprised at Gimpere holding him up as some kind of advisor worth listening to. Gimpere listened to the likes of him in 2005 and even he admits he made a mistake by not buying.

And a highly original "fast food worker" joke to boot.
    The forum is elevated.

Ah, of course, you're above all this childishness aren't you geneer?

Funny that as you do seem to have been ever so eager to dish it out in your previous posts.

Not to worry though, you get back on topic discussing this Jonathan Davis fella (very very important issue that), and I'll leave you to it with (to save you counting) the nosebleed status that is post number 5.

I would hate his views to be censored. He is the typical "I know best" guy from the old HPC site who blamed everyone else when his HPC Armageddon did not materialise. We need people like him so that we can show how wrong one person can be (and that he is apparently a professional Financial Advisor beggars belief).

    Never said I was Heyman.

You on the other hand are prone to sanctimonious posturing whilst scrabbling in the gutter.
Naturally your self evident hypocricy is worth a chuckle.

Anyway, you do that mate. ;)

Yet in 2005 he predicted a crash in 2007.
And the crash did indeed begin in 2007.
And there must be a lot of people glad they didn't buy between 2005 and the crash.

Oh sorry. I forgot. The bearish argument started and stopped in 2004 right.
Where as bullish argument started in 2009.:rotfl:

    Talk about a reboot.
    But theres no rewriting history.

And apparently featured in the front page of the financial times supplements, and apparently highly regarded by the media since 2007.

Looks to me like the guy doing ok.
But then again, most normal people would judge him on his batting average, and not on a fabricated series of claims from foaming nutters on an internet forum.

Meanwhile good old ray boulger, bullish commentator of choice.
September 2007: "house prices are unlikely to crash".

I'd have thought that would be the last thing you wanted people to do....

JD was wrong in 2004 about 2005 and 2006......

In 2005 he called the crash for 2007, when prices rose 5% instead.

He was right about 2008 (although he called it for 2007) but wrong about the amount of falls in 2008, and 2007, and completely wrong about the cause of those falls.

Then he called for huge falls again in 2009, 2010 and 2011, whilst prices have actually risen markedly from early 2009 when he made the call.

His 2009-2011 prediction of 40% to 50% falls was made after the announcement of QE and low interest rates, yet prices actually rose 10% instead, putting him a massive 60% out from what actually happened.

I make that a batting average of 0.025.....

Quite possibly the worst player in history.:D

geneer is one of those people who loves to dish it out but really really can't take it back. he put me on ignore just because I gave him a little bit of his own medicine. it speaks volumes about the type of person he is.

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

here are some :rotfl:because geneer loves them so.

here is a random geneer (TM) sentence too:
